Shipping policy

Matta Products is the manufacturer of Work Matta Excel and Ergo and only delivers from this website to New Zealand addresses.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our products will be delivered by courier or Mainfreight (depending on the quantities) to you and should arrive within 2-3 working days from the date payment is received. Rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 days longer. Overnight delivery is not currently offered.

WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping notification with your tracking number. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

CANCELLING ORDERS

We may not be able to change your order once you have placed it, but you are welcome to contact us, and we will try our best to take care of your request. However, once your purchase has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to change your delivery address, payment method or amend an order.

FAULTY (DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED) PRODUCTS

We stand behind all our products. If your product is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for you at no cost. Please contact us to arrange a return.

Firstly, we are sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause. We try our best, but we may occasionally make a mistake. Please contact us and we will help you get the right products or a refund as quickly as possible.
